How to File
- 1. Prepare: Include manuscript ID, clear description, and evidence.
- 2. Email: Send to complaints@powerofknowledge.in
- 3. Subject: "Formal Complaint: [Brief Description]"
- 4. Acknowledgment: Within 5 business days
- 5. Response: Within 30 days
Appeals Process
If your manuscript was rejected and you believe the decision was in error:
- Submit within 14 days of rejection
- Provide point-by-point response to reviewer comments
- Include new data/arguments not previously considered
Note: Appeals do not guarantee a different decision. Editor's final decision is binding.
